In order to enable personal customer engagement despite pandemic-related restrictions, Fujitsu developed a digital business breakfast. The event was intended to replace regional customer events while also presenting new products in an interactive format.
TMC Live took care of the concept and implementation – from the studio production and the use of a live interaction tool to the shipping logistics for over 500 breakfast boxes. The combination of talk show elements, live discussions and a multi-sensory experience ensured high participant engagement and over 600 viewers.
