Format Incentives

The Fujitsu Partner Incentive motivated high-revenue partners to qualify for an exclusive adventure trip to Dubrovnik through targeted sales promotion measures. The aim was to strengthen partner performance and loyalty and increase revenue through interactive challenges and rewards.

TMC Live took charge of planning and implementing the four-day incentive trip. Participants were motivated in advance by an interactive online game, the ‘Game of Experts’, in which they could collect points through targeted sales activities. Our services included the entire on-site organisation, including the selection of experiences and a Game of Thrones tour, which made the event an unforgettable experience.

More Impressions

We successfully implemented our partner sales incentive ‘Game of Experts 2.0’ with TMC Live, followed by a trip to Croatia for the winners. We were particularly impressed by their professional project management, their experience in implementing incentive trips and their foresight on the topics.
