Fujitsu expert4you Roadshow
The Fujitsu expert4you Roadshow 2019 was aimed at customers and partners in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and had the goal of positioning Fujitsu as a ‘trusted advisor’ in the field of hybrid IT. With the unique concept of holding the events in zoos, the event offered participants an interactive platform for discussing hybrid IT solutions and their advantages.
TMC Live took care of all the planning and organisation for the roadshow, including designing the events at four zoos. We sorted out participant coordination, put together the discussion-friendly symposiums and moderated expert panels, and ran the individual zoo tours. The events wrapped up with an exclusive evening programme that encouraged networking.
More Impressions
In 2018 and 2019, we developed a new roadshow format with TMC twice in a row. On the one hand, it was about new venues (e.g. zoos) and also about new forms of symposium design (moderated expert panel à la Plaßberg). What inspires me as a professional is that the team always thinks of everything: pre-emptively – anticipating – always. TMC simulates ahead, raises awareness of possible difficulties or hurdles, and always has good ideas on how to avoid problems (before they arise) in good time. The team never makes mistakes when it comes to event standards anyway – but it is this joint effort to ensure the success of the event that convinces me as a customer.
